MY PRIMAL TRIAD

i grew up performing with dance and theater, took an acting training when i was 17 and did a film & television certification.
i went to an art university in america. by year 2 I experienced a big ego death that got me to drop out. i wrote a little bit about it here.
in my heart of hearts, i’m a wellness girly. who loves to dance, write, and feel good. i found astrology in my early 20’s. i was doing a coaching training (very sciency) and somebody introduced me to my birth chart.
so when you read my pet-peeves around coaching culture, it’s an informed one: from the technical side, and from the experience of walking that talk and the distortions it brought into my life.
i was born and raised in brazil, and have been living in england for the past 9 years.

I work with evolutionary astrology.
this has nothing to do with horoscopes. i do not predict your future. i do not tell you who you are. when i analyze your astrological blueprint, i’m seeing who you are here to become and why that’s so important.
I believe owning the energetic you were born with is a foundational step for overall wellbeing.
i see astrology as a framework for understanding the paradoxical nature of reality. and because as above, so below - these paradoxes exists inside of you too.
that’s why my whole thing is about owning your contradictions: where shadow work meets creative expression.
i love guiding artists, visionaries and entrepreneurs because you desire to make a positive change with your work. and that means understanding who you are is not enough - you want to feel internally resourced to live and breathe your truth with precision. to go through the pivots as your soul calls for it. when you’re in that space, that’s when we tend to meet.

You identify as an artist, creative, visionary, or entrepreneur. you cause ripples with your work.
you feel like you’ve outgrown the life you’ve built so far
you secretly want to know it’s okay to be messy, flawed, and express it all. but you worry that it might damage the trust you’ve worked hard to create with your clients, or cause friction amongst your friends and loved ones.
you’re being called to pivot. but you worry it may cost your credibility.
you don’t feel connected to your work anymore
you’ve self-reflected, meditated, and have been increasing your self-awareness for years. you don’t need more understanding or diagnosis.
you want to experience the full spectrum of life. and create from it.
the quality of your work is an extention of your personal life. you know that the more honestly you live - daring choices and all - the better your work becomes.

(potentially) polarizing views

I dislike “love and light” ungrounded spirituality.
i don’t care for how “proper” or “non-judgemental” or "compassionate” you are. I encourage you to own your fullest expression, because I believe this is how we can co-create a better future for all.
owning your contradictions is about integrating the aspects you once learned were unacceptable, with the ones you have been celebrated for. i believe this is also how our creative genious is revealed.
when you tell me your life is falling apart, i know you’re about to move onto the next level of your evolutionary path. And we’ll move through it together.
traditional coaching culture anchors low self-worth deeper under the disguise of personal and professional growth. my work is a challenge to that. i decode your evolutionary blueprint, so you can see the throughline between all your versions, the energetic underneath it. because i don’t think you need more understanding. you need to feel cradled by your own energy, confident to take up space more honestly. no matter how messy, flawed, or raw. you want to trust that living this way naturally attracts more of what you desire.
I do not claim perfection, or promise you wealth or fame. i’m committed to expressing as truthfully as i can, within my current capacity. and my work is about expanding all of our capacities for the kind of ruthless truth-speaking that enables you to co-create the life your art is asking you to live.
